A Course in Miracles

A Course in Miracles is a mind training system created by Jesus to shift the mind from the thought system of fear to the thought system of love. The class includes lecture, discussion, and practical application of Course ideas.   There is a meditation at the beginning of each class, and a prayer to close the class. Copies of A Course In Miracles books can be found on the web. We use the Circle of Atonement “CE" version of the Course during class. (link to text)  Any version of the Course book will bring about the healing that Jesus is teaching. A Course book is not required in order to attend class, but is recommended if you want to study the Course.

The One Red Tent Sacred Speaking and Listening Space: Understanding the Consequences of America’s History of Racial Inequality

One Red Tent is a safe and sacred space for speaking, listening and healing.  It began in the summer of 2016 in response to the shootings of black men by police officers.  One Red Tent founder Kimberly Cartwright holds the space for the safe processing of feelings and inquiry in regard to current events. Her area of passion is laying bare the damage done to all people by racism, and through providing space for heartfelt and intimate dialogue, allowing the healing of the wounds we carry.
