Valerie Sonnenthal uses Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Monochords, Chimes and other instruments to create a Restorative Sound Bath. The resonant vibrational healing qualities of her instruments help alleviate pain and discomfort, inviting deep relaxation and relief. Sound Baths enable the body to make the shifts necessary for healing to take place on all levels.
You will make yourself comfortable lying down, using any props you need to enjoy deep relaxation. Feel free to bring an eye mask, eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes. The room will be darkened and all you need to do is listen and be immersed in the sound.
Valerie Sonnenthal moved to the Vineyard in 2006 after a career in publishing and the arts. She began studying foot modalities to heal chronic pain in 2012.
