"I will never forget this retreat. Lora is a gifted yoga teacher who made me feel perfect just the way I am while also challenging me to do poses I didn't think I could do. I was stunned by the breathtaking beauty of Tuscany in the spring time and the incredible adventures we went on--visits to natural hot springs, exploring ancient hill towns, wine tasting, and more. And each evening, returning home for incredible, homemade, Italian feasts. I give this retreat my highest recommendations!"
Anna R, Springtime in Tuscany participant 2017
Join us, as we return to Italy, for our second Springtime in Tuscany yoga retreat. This year was truly the trip of a lifetime, and I knew we would have to return. There is no place like this... no place that so naturally supports a practice of yoga, mindfulness and re connection. The pace of life is slower, and focused on an appreciation of quality, the natural rhythms of life, living in harmony with the world around you, and savoring of the moment.
Eventually you find that you, too, have begun to slow down. You savor a bite of food, a conversation, the experience of a pose. The very pace of life in Tuscany supports you coming back to an appreciation of your own life, as you live it, moment by moment.
We truly get an insider's experience of Tuscany as we tour medieval villages, visit local hot springs, explore local vineyards and learn about their craft, hike to the top of the volcano for sunrise, and seek out the best gelato and coffee at each place we pass.
Explore a deeper practice, with a study of vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra and meditation. There is something on offer for everyone, whatever your experience, physical ability, interest level or skill set. Choose whatever suits you and the experience you wish to create.

Testimonials from past retreats:
"I just returned from a 3 day Santa Fe yoga immersion with Lora! Before going to the retreat, I had taken many of Lora's classes and always loved them. Her classes are the perfect mix of power and softness, and she guides you through a practice with such ease and grace. The retreat was similar in many ways. There was a little bit of everything you could need. Vinyasa, meditation and yin. I have never been more relaxed, yet felt so strong. I even managed to learn to meditate, which I never thought was possible. She truly puts her heart and soul into all she does and it shows. If you have a chance to go on one of her retreats, do it!" -Nicole M., Santa Fe Yoga Immersion 2016
"I need to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing Lora Ksieniewicz. Thank you for an amazing weekend full of yoga, laughter new friends and so much more. You put your entire heart and soul into it and it showed!" - Kelsey S., Santa Fe Yoga Immersion 2016

It was a beautifully sequenced weekend with a wonderful teacher who is clearly both passionate and well versed in all aspects of the practice and committed to the full experience of all participants." - Claire M., Santa Fe Yoga Immersion 2016
"I just returned from a destination yoga retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Lora Ksieniewicz of Yoga San Kalpa on Martha's Vineyard sponsored the 3 day weekend. It was amazing ! The itinerary was full yet flexible. We participated in yoga sessions including opportunities for advanced poses, meditation, and historical background classes about yoga. In addition there were opportunities for local hiking, exploring the beautiful and quaint city of Santa Fe, and spa treatments at the nearby Ten Thousand Waves Spa. The accommodations were beautiful. Lora's staff included a registered dietitian and a physical therapist. The meals prepared by Lora and her staff were delicious and healthy resulting in requests for the recipes.!" -Karen K., Santa Fe Yoga Immersion 2016
