Learn the Sweet Science while you also learn about yourself and the art of life. Boxing with Charlie echoes the teachings of yoga; the balance between action and dropping expectation, the importance of relaxing into the present moment.

At STRONG MARTHA we approach boxing as a sport. Learning proper technique, strategy, and when to employ them in an ever-changing environment is more fun, exciting, and physically challenging than a regular exercise class. And once you get a little proficient, you'll get the hardest workout you've ever had. If you've ever had the desire to learn to box, don't be intimidated to try a class or private session. There is no ego here. Think of it as as learning choreography so that you can dance with a partner. We'll take it slow, and only increase intensity and endurance as you're ready. If you're a seasoned fighter looking for some work to stay in shape while visiting, we're happy to provide that for you as well.
