Mom and Baby yoga is for mothers & their non-walking babies(6 weeks +). Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited to new mothers and babies. This post-natal class focuses on helping new moms regain core strength and relieve, stretch, and strengthen tired arms, backs, and shoulders. Not just an exercise class for moms, this is a fun-loving class that utilizes yoga postures, music and playful movement that is designed to encourage your baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and help baby sleep longer, digest better and grow stronger. No yoga experience is necessary.
