Private Instruction Rates

Private instruction is a wonderful way to deepen your practice, answer specific questions, address particular needs, or practice with a special group of people for a special occasion! Whether you want active, beginner, therapeutic, restorative or just fun, you will always get our expert instructors.   • Private instruction: $180/hour session in person or Zoom

  • Private instruction (only if replacing peak time in-studio class May-September): $300/hour

 
 

We provide mats and props at no additional charge.

Appointments cannot be confirmed without payment. 100% refund till 7 days prior, then non-refundable Gratuity for your instructor is at your discretion

Retreats and Training Rates

Training and retreat payments are nonrefundable, non transferable. 

Travel insurance is required for all retreats.
